Inclusive Funeral Care was founded by Russ Henrichsen in 2021 with a simple but meaningful goal: to provide an exceptional level of care to families navigating one of life’s most difficult moments. Russ recognized that most families are understandably underprepared for the realities and decisions that come with death, and he wanted to create an approach that felt more compassionate, personal, and affordable. From the beginning, IFC has focused on meeting families where they are, providing thoughtful guidance without unnecessary pressure or expense. At the heart of that work is a belief that continues to guide IFC today: It's not who has died. It's who has lived.
